On Tuesday, a Judge ruled in Texas to order Microsoft not to sell the Microsoft Office Word product as it “willingly violated its 1998 patent (no 5,787,449 on a method for reading XML”.

Sensitive documents have been found on LimeWire’s peer-to-peer network containing emergency escape plans such as motorcade routes have been leaked on the network.

Obama plans to introduce legislation to ban peer-to-peer networks from all government computers.
